Your tinkering school is a wonderful opportunity for children. I enjoyed the diaries and hearing about what you are doing through the Technology and Learning and Educational Leadership magazines.
I began my own private school after helping someone else start one. Both were wildly successful, but I needed to leave my own with a very difficult partnership, ending with an illegal take-over. This makes me miss it terribly.
Enjoy what you have there because there is nothing like the joy of children discovering and creating. Public schools really don't understand the concept , nor do they appreciate its importance in child development and for the future. What you're doing is so important. Thank you for sharing your innovative spirit.
