Way to educate, Gever! I have dozens of short videos depicting just this type of project based teaching/learning evident in your comic book. Here's one: http://guerillaeducators.typepad.com/ge/2007/04/going_solar_pro.html
If you have the time and inclination, scroll around my blog.

I love your stuff and have included one of your TED keynotes in a parenting blog I have. I will be using this as well. Great Stuff! Now I have to figure out how to send my own kids to one of your camps but then again, I let them do it at home so I suppose that is not necessary.

Great story (in form and substance both). Really inspirational. Big props, kudos and congratulations for inspiring curiosity and empowering the spirit of 'make'.

I'd love to see a lower resolution (smaller download size) comic as well (300MB suprised me, despite your warning of 'giant PDF').

In a time when children are molly-coddled more than ever before, we owe it to our predecessors to impart at least the appreciation of invention, exploration and a mort of curiosity.

Well done, sir.
