A storm is brewing at Tinkering School. The forecast calls for a heavy shower of cats and dogs on Friday afternoon at around 2:15pm! We don't actually know exactly what that means yet, but we'll be trying our best to make it rain small mammals, possibly made of wood.

We are four days into creating our shadow puppets, and we made some incredible progress today. Of the in-progress projects, the one that I ended up zooming in on today with the Tinkerers was the giant deer puppet with articulating joints.

Read MoreFifteen kids from the ages of 5-7 began their week in a small building full of wood and tools that they didn't know how to use. They were soon presented with two projects; a fence, and a dinosaur. In ever changing groups, the kids split up to start brainstorming with the Collaborators.
