Notes from an Island (Shipwrecked) WEEK 9, Day 3

Day 3: Tryin'

Whoever finds this, wherever you are...Today I am going to try harder than usual. Every morning, I think to myself, "I should build a boat, and sail off my deserted island, and go back home." I know what I SHOULD do, but I don't actually DO it. I get distracted, or tired, and I don't build the boat. I stay here, shipwrecked.

Today I am going to try harder than usual. I'm going to fight distraction, and finish a boat. If I finish my boat today, I bet I can be back home, in San Francisco, California, by Friday afternoon.
